What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are young and 'with it' which is really refreshing.
Executive leadership are good people with the right goals but spend much of their time trying to appease the CEO even when this doesn't make sense.

Vacation time is generous (4 weeks) and it rolls over to the next year, uncapped.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A little bit more money and more shares.
Salary amount is reasonable although it does not keep pace with the market. Benefits have been reducing steadily since I joined.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Open, happy to help, full of ideas, great knowledge.
My team has appropriate internal goals and most of the skills to meet them. Goals applied externally are not as relevant and are not well resourced.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Orion is open to learning and improving the culture and environment, they want to hear ideas from all team members. They are undertaking a huge program of work to attract and retain employees and everyone is benefiting.
There is a great balance of work/life and (at least in my team) a focus on mental health.
