What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very clear in their mission and reaching the company's objectives

There is so much they could do, but start with hiring managers with actual management experience in the corporate world.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The various forms of assistance for critical illness, disability and time off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It was brought to my attention that someone what making more than me with less education and less experience. Leads me to believe I was being paid on a racial scale.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most everyone has been around a long time so we are all familiar with the constant ups and downs. Most everyone wants to be helpful. Teams change constantly.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually learning how to do their job and picking up their responsibilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture promotes inclusiveness, fairness and respect.

Being able to learn a little from so many smart people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Majority of customers are complaining about customer service, hold times, and the overall quality of the product.
Everyone has completely given up since the Allscripts acquisition. There is no longer a goal to work towards. We are now just cogs in the machine.
