New overhaul of implementation process
Our clinic has had nothing but problems with ADMD and their staff who seem incapable of connecting interfaces with third party vendors. Staff does not know their system's capabilities. It's been 6 months and my health information interface is not set up. I'm planning a grievance to OIG.

How's the morale at AdvancedMD?
It seemed really good before I started working there. I was excited until I saw the friendly people and morale was on other teams and in other departments. Morale in the RCM Operations Department, particularly the Reimbursement Specialists is horrible. The Director weilds her power to create a culture of fear.
