At the beginning, Compass seemed like an amazing place to work. That all changed once our exec team began to push going public down our throats and we began being treated like numbers instead of people. Leaderhsip is not transparent and uses the companies principles as excuses for poor decisions.

The review structure at Compass is absoultely broken and comparable to those AP tests one would take in high school, where everyone is evaluated on a number system and only a certain amount of those numbers are permissed to be handed out.

The clients rule the roost. All of us feel that we are just butts in a seat. If you're an engineer you are treated as God and not subject to the effects of COVID on our company such as paycut, or reimbursement.
