Vetting their supervisors, area directors and management better.

Transparency. Layoffs are very shocking and hearing about them over an email was very awful. Also more transparency taking sabaticals seems like a terrible way to run a business that is also having layoffs

Value their employees as much as they do their agents. Employees are constantly put through the ringer for unreasonable agent requests. If an agent complains loud enough, they get what they want. Employee complaints seem to get lost in the ether.

Communication is awful. Need to ask multiple different supervisors for an answer, and end up getting different ones from each supervisor
