Transparency. Layoffs are very shocking and hearing about them over an email was very awful. Also more transparency taking sabaticals seems like a terrible way to run a business that is also having layoffs

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leadership keeps blaming the market downturn. While it may partially be true, there has been poor management and prioritization of products that have landed us with a loss of benefits and lack of competitive pay.

The average $ that CSMs in my state make is much higher that Compass pays

Comp is way below market standards. Needs adjustment.

Because I've been working for this company for 5 years with no offers to receive a lead title. However, i do lead work. I never have any help and I'm usually always making decisions on my own

Workload has more than doubled with no additional compensation.

Becoming a monopoly and needs to be fair in contracts protecting agents when recruiting

The clients rule the roost. All of us feel that we are just butts in a seat. If you're an engineer you are treated as God and not subject to the effects of COVID on our company such as paycut, or reimbursement.

Agents treat the staff like human trash. And the leadership team does nothing to rectify it because they're afraid to lose agents.

Work balance is off. Cult like culture. Start being honest that you are understaffed and making employees feel bad for wanting a personal life.
