It's been an amazing ride this year. Every company has negatives, but I haven't found any at Contentstack!

Every company I have ever worked at, there are always negatives, but after 2+ years at Contentstack, I haven't found any skeletons. We are all one team, with a single dream, disrupting our industry and making a big impact for the customers we serve.

After 2 years at Contentstack, I tell the same thing to all new hires I talk to: "all companies have their negatives...I've been looking for them at CS for 2 years and I still haven't found any". Despite our growth as a company, one of my favorite things about our leadership team is their willingness to listen/adapt/change when something is broken, or if the team feels strongly about changing something.
