The company has been losing customers and attriting profits since 2015.
We acquired CallSource's media business in 2015 and found migrating these customers difficult. Our product launch was delayed which increased the problem. This would be a difficult experience for an employee. We didn't give up. We are overcoming this

I love working at Convirza. We work hard and we play hard. The people are intelligent, hard-working, and fun to be around. And the company fosters opportunities for individuals to be proactive about getting things done.

I love my team.
Each team member is given appropriate amounts of discretion to do their jobs and accomplish organizational goals. Lots of fun to work with.

I used to love convirza and come to work every day but, unfortunately, because of bad management good people left and the bad ones stay.
