The company has been losing customers and attriting profits since 2015.
We acquired CallSource's media business in 2015 and found migrating these customers difficult. Our product launch was delayed which increased the problem. This would be a difficult experience for an employee. We didn't give up. We are overcoming this

I love my team.
Each team member is given appropriate amounts of discretion to do their jobs and accomplish organizational goals. Lots of fun to work with.
