Really good - I enjoy what I do and my direct leadership

really pretty great - I feel my role has really morphed over the time I have been here. I have been empowered to stretch, be creative and strategic, and push the boundaries. I haven't been told "stop you are moving too fast" which is great. I feel trusted and appreciated.

Their open door policy and willingness to engage with everyone no matter what level. They do seem willing to ask hard questions and look for justification behind big decisions. A consideration to keep in mind is the door being too open, giving a perception of cliques and preferential treatment.
