They are present! This is huge for leadership, especially executives. They know you by name, you can sit down with them at lunch, have a candid conversation with them, etc.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
PTO should be encouraged not looked down on. Don't offer it if it's not actually supposed to be used. A manager could be checking in with their employees that they use it before it's gone.

Developing clear goals for the company and sharing them with employees. Too many times we are left in the dark and its hard to support a companys vision if we dont see the full picture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would not say I feel undervalued more than in some cases overlooked, and due to cut in commission burden things have gotten tighter, and with new projects and longer sales cycle we are not seeing commission like we were previously

The company culture is very toxic. If you don't live and breathe CSI 24/7 you are exiled from a lot of conversations and opportunities.

My unit really takes the time to acknowledge the hard work and effort put in, which makes me want to continue to work towards the north star when the work is noticed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think the culture is great but my teammates seem to be more negative. I think more flexibility would help culture, and more outings like the Yards, that was awesome. All in all though, I think company culture is doing well.

There are some issues with work life balance, flexibility and "rules" being applied differently to each team creating a negative atmosphere around when others are getting to do things that your team is not. There seems to be a lack of trust leading to micromanaging.

My team can be negative and it can easily influence me to be negative as well.
Sometimes its hard for me to be in an office, I much rather work at home somedays. However most of the days I would like to be in the office.
