The company culture is very toxic. If you don't live and breathe CSI 24/7 you are exiled from a lot of conversations and opportunities.

There can be alot of negativity in the workplace. Due to this, it can be tough to be positive with your own work. It feels as if people ignore our positon because it is more entry level, and do not want to help us in big projects
