They are present! This is huge for leadership, especially executives. They know you by name, you can sit down with them at lunch, have a candid conversation with them, etc.

The C Suite is very accessible and very nice and it doesn't go unnoticed. I can tell they care about each employee. I don't feel the same way about the managers/VPs but they do a good enough job.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

PTO should be encouraged not looked down on. Don't offer it if it's not actually supposed to be used. A manager could be checking in with their employees that they use it before it's gone.

Developing clear goals for the company and sharing them with employees. Too many times we are left in the dark and its hard to support a companys vision if we dont see the full picture.
