Employee wellness is a priority to our leadership team.

They are present! This is huge for leadership, especially executives. They know you by name, you can sit down with them at lunch, have a candid conversation with them, etc.

Brandy Kerby is transparent, supportive, incredibly smart, innovative leader. She cares deeply about the important things and doesn't micromanage us. This makes us want to hit our goals not only for our own success, but for her.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
PTO should be encouraged not looked down on. Don't offer it if it's not actually supposed to be used. A manager could be checking in with their employees that they use it before it's gone.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The sky is the limit

The commission structure was the best part of the compensation package, however not sure what it will be like with the new solutions (TBD).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one cares that there is so much unpaid overtime for everyone. No one cares about work life balance.

I do not feel that we are offered fair work life balance and are not paid market value for our skillset/experience. Certain aspects of compensation are left in the dark and not disclosed to us at all and there is a lack of transparency.

We may get a lot of perks, like football games and wearing jeans but out Health Benefits are the worst!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are some issues with work life balance, flexibility and "rules" being applied differently to each team creating a negative atmosphere around when others are getting to do things that your team is not. There seems to be a lack of trust leading to micromanaging.

Sometimes its hard for me to be in an office, I much rather work at home somedays. However most of the days I would like to be in the office.
