My team is a team full of constant supporters, who cheer one another on, and want to be on the team together. We all care for one another, and have the most incredible boss who supports and backs our team!

I would not say I feel undervalued more than in some cases overlooked, and due to cut in commission burden things have gotten tighter, and with new projects and longer sales cycle we are not seeing commission like we were previously
