Only thing positive about about the company im at is the suppurt that is given to the individuals only amoung staff it's negative

My coworkers need to stop bulling other staff memebers who are there to work and help suppurt the individuals the RC in the home is a very good worker but when it comes to DSPs she favors only ine staff and the others get pushed out of the home due to there bulling and bad behavior
