The company does not appreciate hard working dedicated employees. Benefit like insurance are below standard. If the company can have a valuation and give raise it will motivate employees. Hire more employees.

My coworkers need to stop bulling other staff memebers who are there to work and help suppurt the individuals the RC in the home is a very good worker but when it comes to DSPs she favors only ine staff and the others get pushed out of the home due to there bulling and bad behavior
