My team have shown time and time again that they care about their clients and each other. When management is ineffective, we know we have each other's back and can rely on each other.

My coworkers need to stop bulling other staff memebers who are there to work and help suppurt the individuals the RC in the home is a very good worker but when it comes to DSPs she favors only ine staff and the others get pushed out of the home due to there bulling and bad behavior
