What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?My coworkers need to stop bulling other staff memebers who are there to work and help suppurt the individuals the RC in the home is a very good worker but when it comes to DSPs she favors only ine staff and the others get pushed out of the home due to there bulling and bad behavior
