Paid time off is pretty decent.
Would like the company to match 401 k higher and offer more options for health insurance.
A day off would be nice higher pay and some employee appreciation.
If the staff that has stayed around, to be treated better. Instead ofalways trying to get new people in.

The company does not appreciate hard working dedicated employees. Benefit like insurance are below standard. If the company can have a valuation and give raise it will motivate employees. Hire more employees.
