I like it here, we just need to treat our people better and it is a very simple change like saying hi and then asking about how the product is. Most people are so stressed and they are unwilling to change their methods, but those that do are worth the efforts of friendship and professionalism.

This team is very veteran so as new hires come in, it is good to get fresh ideas, but it is also important to have mentor leadership behaviors to keep the new hires and show them the ropes.

Needs to change to impact people's needs so having compensations and bonus packages ready for when we need it like prior to Christmas is a suggestion that is highly recommended. Have the cost people figure this out, that change alone will help keep most people we have and attract more talent.

The people and my services I provide. I refuse to release a mediocre product, from my experience and Flowserve's pillars, I hope all of us will put out perfect or near perfect products. By leveraging my relationships with the teams, we will lead the way to making the perfect valves.

Company is very young when it comes to urgency, but there is room for improvement in these processes especially with the impacts of covid. There must be a better way to prepare during and post covid processes, especially with people we need to do a better job with treatment of our people.
