At IAH, G2 HR is very poor, as they don't take employees requests seriously unless it is legally binding for them. The company also has constant change, many times to save their money, and do not care if they affect their employees. We are all very much replaceable, and the turn around rate is high.

I've been denied any type of raise after 2 years of not receiving one. I just found out that there is no yearly increase or any type of way to know if we will get increases as supervisors. New supervisors in other areas get payed the same and do less, although I am happy for them, it is discouraging
