The majority of the current team, we have been together for a long time and we have endured many difficult times together. We are mentally strong.
60% of my teammates are great. The other 40% are so out of touch with customer service "I believe " because of the need for tips to compensate for the low rate of hourly pay.
The team has awesome individuals from diverse backgrounds. Everyone brings a unique perspective.
Welcoming and kind people who do their jobs to the beset of their abilities. I know there are many companies that say they're like a family but this one definitely is.
