My direct managers are very correct, supportive and are not toxic. Do not scream or undermine because of mistakes.
The opportunities are many but the environment is tainted with leadership that maintain positions without producing positive results towards company success.
My locational managers, leads, and gm were great people. As a whole they did very well keeping as much of the employees' interest at heart.
