We’ve created a platform that has not only streamlined the process and made it more efficient - closing loans 45%+ faster - but has made mortgages more accessible in the process. The company has scaled quickly and I have admired how the leadership team and my teammates have navigated that growth. I don't think even though we're 5X bigger than when I joined that we've lost that human touch and connectivity. The pandemic made us stronger here, ironically.
