What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive pay and constantly improving benefits package

The "Paid paid vacation" is a good way of entencivisng people to take more PTO days. Additionally, the "Even Merrier Christmas", where we take the week between December 25th to January 1st off as an organization is great.

We have an environment where people are candid, but with a focus on kind, constructive feedback

Even though we are fully remote, the leadership is invested in keeping a water-cooler type mentality. We find fun ways to stay engaged not only within our department, but with what's going on around the entire company.

We work hard so that we can relax and recharge comfortably. I've never felt "bad" about taking time away from work.
