IBX as a company is off track, there is a total lack of customer service, employees are unknowledgeable of basic insurance terms and issues and 9 times out of 10 provide incorrect information thus negatively impacting policy holders financially.

Stop using excessive paper for communicating with Customers. In this technical age printing size can easily be adjusted to fil available paper space. I am using old fashioned "snail mail" with some questions
