Great health benefits and paid time off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay for nurses and more vacation time! The current pay for RNs is way below what we could get at another place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is wonderful. I love my senior and my manager.
