In the interview the candidates are mostly tested on how they approach to a given problem on hand. They are tested on the basics and not only on the theoretical knowledge they possess. The problem solving skills have to be on par, and that is a must.

The learning curve that I have been. The tech stack is amazing. Get to learn something new everyday. We get to work on our pace and provide effective solution to the problem in hand. This plus the co workers are amazing which makes the place joyous and peaceful.

The way our CEO takes the Company forward by taking the necessary steps while keeping what is going on with the employees by having 1 to 1 conversations with them and taking the valuable suggestions from us, that shows commitment and passion on his part. We are behind him all the way till the end.

There's an openness about how the team meetings take part. Each and every member of the team gets an opportunity to speak up and to express his ideas. This culture has been integrated in every team I have been a part of. There's a definite agenda which gets completed at the end of the meeting.

The compensation given to us is more than what is average in the market. I feel that, we are paid for what we work for, nothing more nothing less. The hikes given to the employees seems fair and this makes them to work even harder so that we keep the same level of competency and work efficiently.
