I had the opportunity to speak with all 3 of the co-founders, go over ideas and my experiences and it felt more like talking to old friends rather than the top executives of a company.

The executives often find ways to make the job more fun whether it is a virtual happy hour, (or in non-covid times - actual parties and/or happy hours), holiday parties or events, they come up with games or competitions throughout the year where they give out prizes, social clubs based on interests
