What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its a timely process and we don't have to bother much about it. Higher is your participation in company growth, higher is the individual growth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work and dedication I put as compared to others getting less paid and less increment with no explanation. No rewards and recognition in the team. I will feel better if we get any reward. Also explanation of increment percentage every year.
