What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team goes out of their way to make sure we are supported in our roles and aware of the going-ons in the companies. Plenty of helpful communication from the leadership.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base pay is ok, would be nice to be able to hit sales goals easier though

Higher compensation and clearer pathways to improve my career would make me feel more valued.

The base salary is not comparable to other relevant companies. Commission pay out also seems to be a mystery, we do not have any visibility into it.

There is no accountability. Everyone says they are willing to help but when it matters, no one there when it is needed.
