The company has a terrific product, a terrific engineering team, and they service their customers very well. Growth has been a challenge but we continue to push for expansion and new markets all the time.

Well unfortunately the equity shares are largely valueless. I feel the compensation has been fair with solid annual increases. The goalposts often times move and this company has not always honored their spoken or written commitment to employees.

I believe there is a trust issue at the very top of the organization. Within 1.5 years we have witnessed two major reductions in force and at least 3 individual firings. It's difficult to ask for employee support and enthusiasm in an environment where firings happen frequently and w/o explanation.
