Remote working is enjoyed by the majority of employees, but plenty of time and space are made for meeting IRL, such as the annual employee summit in Canada

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe there is a trust issue at the very top of the organization. Within 1.5 years we have witnessed two major reductions in force and at least 3 individual firings. It's difficult to ask for employee support and enthusiasm in an environment where firings happen frequently and w/o explanation.
