The leadership team is strong and diverse, bringing different perspectives together. As most are new, they’re still finding their groove. If I had to pick one area to improve, it would be collaborating more closely and moving fast

Caring about their team. Less need to work overtime especially during the weekends. Also, they shouldn't be asking their employees to work during the holidays

Inspire the team with actionable items we can use in meetings with clients. Some leaders can come across cold and retain information. Sharing knowledge and lead by example would be inspiring.

Everyone takes accountability for their work, good or bad. There is very little "passing the buck", and plenty of cohesive cooperation.

It was very efficient and comfortable. I felt like I was having conversations with people I had known forever.

They asked not only what I could do for them, but what I needed from them as a company

I am free & encouraged to complete my work the best way I can. There is no micro-management, and trust from management to complete my tasks in a timely fashion without un-needed pressures.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I believe there is a trust issue at the very top of the organization. Within 1.5 years we have witnessed two major reductions in force and at least 3 individual firings. It's difficult to ask for employee support and enthusiasm in an environment where firings happen frequently and w/o explanation.
