Introhive is a super place to work. We are pushing the boundaries in our space and a lot of people are talking about us. We still have our growing pains, but everyone understands the role they play to drive the company forward to success. The next few years at Introhive are going to be interesting.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've been here a long time, so if I did not want to be here I would have left along time ago. People have always been the thing that makes work better. By people I mean the right people who are smart, understanding and all about just making things work. Introhive has always been a friendly place.

transparency, honesty, clear vision of where we are trying to get.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really try to be inclusive and diverse. They are reach out any help in community with volunteer work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we truly work as a team helping each other. Egos are very low, but getting things done the best and most efficient way we can is what matters.

everyone gets along, we can buckle down when things need attention and doing and have a few laughs to make our day a little fun. Everyone looks out for each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Social community is great ! Everyone is awesome. There's not really anyone I can think of that stands out as troublesome (unless it is me :D.. I won't be the judge of that)
What makes you most happy at work?
just knowing we are accomplishing things and seeing the work reach the customer. Also the people I work with also make working easier. Everyone listens, cares and helps where they can. Everyone is trying their best
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The honesty and and seeing them as human beings. Seeing them driving Introhive as the solution customers need to succeed and their passion to get us there. Also identifying our weaknesses and actually doing something about it.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and knowing we are all here putting in the time to make the company successful. Honestly, I would rather be outside and enjoying nature etc, but we all have to work to maintain a living. Anything happy thing that happens at work makes that easier for everyone so we CAN enjoy our free time
