It's a very open environment, my manager and team are very transparent. We work smart but we also have fun doing it.

The team is really tuned in to hearing from and listening to its people. The focus on people over process is refreshing. Product is taking off, and there is a great deal of unity at the executive level. And they're being held accountable, reporting on progress, and receptive to feedback.
