change r&d organisation (it is a 1990's) organisation. make people more responsible amd accountable (it also means give them decision power), align ressources with expectations

master in micro management, bad communication skills, don t provide a real vision, dont. have any skills in hr aside that, nice guy, demonstrate he has success. he lot of people think he slow a part of the success because he trust no one
