Opportunities to engage in projects, teams, etc. across the College. Emphasis on student-centered mission - working for a larger purpose & shared goals.

There currently isn't a process to receive a raise based on merit or quality of work. The process that do currently exist for promotion or to request pay increases are confusing, opaque, and difficult to engage in. I feel there is a culture of shame around asking for more money.
