I am very burnt out. I have been consistently working 50-70 hours per week for years. My schedule changes every semester, so I have had to put many personal commitments on hold to accommodate constantly changing work schedule. Plus, I have been blocked out of some areas of growth.

As the language on this survey demonstrates, some of our leaders are trying to run a public community college like a for-profit business. These are different entities, and just as any company's C-suite would not run its operations like a nonprofit, we should not run ours like a business.
