What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This is nothing against my coworkers, I just prefer to work completely remotely due to social anxiety. My coworkers are fine people, but I don't intend to have a social life while at work.

Many (not all) need to be reviewed and held to the same standards as ALL employees. There should be disciplinary action when they don't follow college policy. They need to work on communication and professionalism.
