Correct the billing system where bills are rediliy submitted to the ins co. The PT department requires payment in excess of the negoited rate and takes a ridiculous amount of time to refund.. i was overcharged for Jan, Fed and March by $2000 +.you are padding your bk acct with patients money.

They have always had excellent service for the trauma, neurology, and neurosurgery group. I obtained surgery for epilepsy and have now been seizure free for over eight years thanks to the team there at Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center
