When I am working with my SDR and we bring a sale from a meeting to a closed won sale. It takes both of us to make the sale and it is fun to celebrate when the orders come in

I would change to a monthly commission scale and provide more opportunities to make higher commissions earlier in the year. As it stands now, we do not have the opportunity to make significant commissions until the end of the year. There needs to be a higher commission percentage throughout the year
