Pay transparency and annual performance-based and/or cost of living increases. Lower cost benefits.

I would change to a monthly commission scale and provide more opportunities to make higher commissions earlier in the year. As it stands now, we do not have the opportunity to make significant commissions until the end of the year. There needs to be a higher commission percentage throughout the year
