Our middle management does not even know how to use our equipment, I work in the distribution of this company. You would think the management over us would know how to use the equipment on the floor. They are also not properly dressed to be in a warehouse with steel toes and safety vests and such.

Favoritism is the worse here, that is the only way you are going to get a higher position. The middle management needs to be able to do the work that the ones under them can do. Our manager over the warehouse can not even drive a forklift, that is the most important thing in the warehouse.
