What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

Good and helpful nice all

Focus, strategy and direction providing excellent customer experience

Its just a good overall experience

Understanding, good, safe and great

They are there when you need them and always willing to listen, help, give advice.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Being leaders instead of being yes men and pushing their stuff down to their teams. HR and management turn a blind eye to people stealing time and even make it easier for those that complain enough as a group. There is no leadership. They just want you to do without their own ownership.

Review from Operations Dept

Paying atleast market standard salaries. Hiring and retaining talent rather than going for stop-gap measures like hiring temporary contractors to get a particular job done! You are a product-based company! Run it that way!

Inclusion of women. Its a bous club

Be more supportive of the people

Pure trash. They're horrible. horrible

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Everything about the benefits package, including flexibility

Benefits pay and the team i have

Great insurance and add on options

Salary is nice. But its stinks that we don't get RSUs , and bonuses could be better

CAN HAVE A FESTIVAL HOLIDAY WITHOUT APPLY LEAVE

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

No reward for knowledge or performance. Bonuses and pay should be performance based not just a blanket rate for everyone. No incentive to grow after 9 months in a position. No care for their staff and their lives outside of the building with their punitive points system.

Review from Operations Dept

Most employees stay because it is an "in" to the rapidly growing battery industry; however, we all could make significantly more with our competitors while obtaining better benefits and equity. The expectation is butt in seat 10+ hours a day as opposed to what you accomplish. Toxic work culture.

Pay us fairly to begin with! No value for employees or their feedback. The HR team is virtually non-existent.

Internal policies allow men to be promoted woth leas than 6 months in, but women are denied for internal practice/policy

There are other companies that pays more and you dont need to commute

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

They are highly motivated and talented

I can lean on my team to do the job thats infront of them

Good learning and understanding team

Many young people have energy

All willing to work together to achieve the common goal

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Culture is toxic at panasonic

over 60% time are wasted on non-sense meetings

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

We have a BBP ethos that has been in existence for the life of the company and flows through all that we do

Good understanding, learning and team work

good surrounding wth positive environment n extra cirricular activities

Feels like part of a larger family

working in groups. maintaining the quality of the goods as well as the wide and comfortable conditions

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

There is no hope at this point. The executives don't care, Japan HQ calls all the shots. This is a prime example of horrible integration of different cultures (Western vs traditional Japan).

It is better to increase your ability to take action in a compact group.

Treat employees like people rather than like a head count. Setup a proper feedback loop. Pay the employees fairly. Hire more employees rather than contractors! Invest in talent!

We need to start following our business principles and holding people accountable with real disciplinary actions for people who arent doing their jobs or simply not showing up for work

Review from Operations Dept

every body is looking for new job

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

We make sure that we get the right talent in

Understanding, listening comunication good team

relevant questions asked n relaxed mood motivated

they ask how was your past company

It was easy to do

Review from Operations Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Have interviewers that actually read your resume. People who are familiar with the work set that you are applying for. Not being interviewed by your immediate peers.

Review from Operations Dept

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

Getting the job done and providing high quality service

Be safe, work well and get paid

Accomplishing a big project with my team and diving into the technical aspects of lithium ion batteries.

Product quality, coworkers, targets, increasing sales

the laid back environment keeps me relaxed and allows me to perform

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Quality is something of a joke. I wouldn't buy a Tesla knowing the shortcuts allowed and the issues that Elon himself has overlooked. Nepotism is a huge issue with managers that don't know what they are doing, don't bel9ngbin their poaition and don't stick up for their people. Just there to say yes.

Review from Operations Dept

Company culture is old fashioned

Our management has to many people under their purview. To many people are in positions that they are not qualified for and to many people being passed over that are qualified that have proven themselves. The favoritism and good old boy system is over whelming.

Review from Operations Dept

Favoritism is the worse here, that is the only way you are going to get a higher position. The middle management needs to be able to do the work that the ones under them can do. Our manager over the warehouse can not even drive a forklift, that is the most important thing in the warehouse.

Review from Operations Dept

Too much work that usually have To work at night
