What do you like best about the leadership team?Good and helpful nice all
What did you like most about the interview process? We make sure that we get the right talent in
What makes you most happy at work?Getting the job done and providing high quality service
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Quality is something of a joke. I wouldn't buy a Tesla knowing the shortcuts allowed and the issues that Elon himself has overlooked. Nepotism is a huge issue with managers that don't know what they are doing, don't bel9ngbin their poaition and don't stick up for their people. Just there to say yes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? No reward for knowledge or performance. Bonuses and pay should be performance based not just a blanket rate for everyone. No incentive to grow after 9 months in a position. No care for their staff and their lives outside of the building with their punitive points system.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being leaders instead of being yes men and pushing their stuff down to their teams. HR and management turn a blind eye to people stealing time and even make it easier for those that complain enough as a group. There is no leadership. They just want you to do without their own ownership.
