Being leaders instead of being yes men and pushing their stuff down to their teams. HR and management turn a blind eye to people stealing time and even make it easier for those that complain enough as a group. There is no leadership. They just want you to do without their own ownership.

Paying atleast market standard salaries. Hiring and retaining talent rather than going for stop-gap measures like hiring temporary contractors to get a particular job done! You are a product-based company! Run it that way!
Inclusion of women. Its a bous club
Be more supportive of the people
Pure trash. They're horrible. horrible
No reward for knowledge or performance. Bonuses and pay should be performance based not just a blanket rate for everyone. No incentive to grow after 9 months in a position. No care for their staff and their lives outside of the building with their punitive points system.
Review from Operations Dept
Most employees stay because it is an "in" to the rapidly growing battery industry; however, we all could make significantly more with our competitors while obtaining better benefits and equity. The expectation is butt in seat 10+ hours a day as opposed to what you accomplish. Toxic work culture.
Pay us fairly to begin with! No value for employees or their feedback. The HR team is virtually non-existent.
Internal policies allow men to be promoted woth leas than 6 months in, but women are denied for internal practice/policy
There are other companies that pays more and you dont need to commute
Culture is toxic at panasonic
over 60% time are wasted on non-sense meetings
There is no hope at this point. The executives don't care, Japan HQ calls all the shots. This is a prime example of horrible integration of different cultures (Western vs traditional Japan).
It is better to increase your ability to take action in a compact group.
Treat employees like people rather than like a head count. Setup a proper feedback loop. Pay the employees fairly. Hire more employees rather than contractors! Invest in talent!
We need to start following our business principles and holding people accountable with real disciplinary actions for people who arent doing their jobs or simply not showing up for work

every body is looking for new job
Have interviewers that actually read your resume. People who are familiar with the work set that you are applying for. Not being interviewed by your immediate peers.

Quality is something of a joke. I wouldn't buy a Tesla knowing the shortcuts allowed and the issues that Elon himself has overlooked. Nepotism is a huge issue with managers that don't know what they are doing, don't bel9ngbin their poaition and don't stick up for their people. Just there to say yes.

Company culture is old fashioned
Our management has to many people under their purview. To many people are in positions that they are not qualified for and to many people being passed over that are qualified that have proven themselves. The favoritism and good old boy system is over whelming.
Review from Operations Dept
Favoritism is the worse here, that is the only way you are going to get a higher position. The middle management needs to be able to do the work that the ones under them can do. Our manager over the warehouse can not even drive a forklift, that is the most important thing in the warehouse.
Review from Operations Dept
Too much work that usually have To work at night
