What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being leaders instead of being yes men and pushing their stuff down to their teams. HR and management turn a blind eye to people stealing time and even make it easier for those that complain enough as a group. There is no leadership. They just want you to do without their own ownership.

Paying atleast market standard salaries. Hiring and retaining talent rather than going for stop-gap measures like hiring temporary contractors to get a particular job done! You are a product-based company! Run it that way!

They need to get rid of Nepotism. People who are obsessed with their Title and make no effort to continue to improve through knowledge of there department and people they work for. Management feels entitled and has no connection with the people who work for them. This team is petty and incompetent
