Very experienced team of engineers and leaders. Management is largely loose reined but with firm deliverables.
good when working with other engineers...bad when directors feel they need to make themselves useful
Compensation is below average for the type of position, and the company hires a ridiculous number of unnecessary and overpaid directors, managers, and other types of non-producing "coordinators" whose sole purpose is to tell people what other people said, did, or thought.
Efficient in what they do.
It has been a very positive experience, I have been able to grow and develop skills and have enjoyed working with my team.
