Mostly fun and casual, despite the occasional uncomfortable environment due to the bickering between the staff.
good for a first job but definitely not if you value yourself and your time to be worth more than $9 as a keyholder
It's a very fun and rewarding place to work taking care of animals and helping customers take care of their pets. However in the four different stores I've worked in the management has always been extremely unprofessional and disorganized.
People really care about helping customers and their pets!
